All our rates are for two guests per night.
Extra guests are welcome! and can stay for only $10 extra per night!
Our units are self contained.
All parking is offstreet.
....and those that wish to enjoy a cigarette, ashtrays are provided for you outside.


The Executive Unit - $130 per night


This unit is very spacious with a large kitchen and comes fully equipped with modern oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent and opens onto a private wooden deck so that you can take in the beautiful Tasmanian afternoons. The lounge area is also very roomy and has a dvd player and television, for those nights where you just want to curl up on the couch with a glass of wine.
The laundry is quiet and seperate, and has a clothes drier as well as the washing machine.


The Deluxe Bedsit Unit - $95 per night

This cosy unit is ideal for a brief stay. It has a lovely kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a kitchen sink. There is also a large bathroom and toilet. This unit comes with a queen size bed with trundle under for that extra guest.

The Deluxe Two Bedroom Unit - $160 per night

This is our Pièce de Resistance! With a combination of both the Deluxe unit and the Bedsit this unit gives you bedding configurations of up to seven people. This is an ideal accomodation solution when travelling with extended family or grand parents who can use the bedsit as a retreat.
